Step 1: On a Teacher’s Evaluation page at the top of the page, click the Print button. This will display a printer-friendly PDF version in your web browser.

Step 2: Use your web browser’s menu to download the PDF (typically File > Save As > then save it somewhere on your computer).

RECOMMENDATION: We suggest that you download the PDF before printing; sometimes printers do not print properly through a web browser PDF display.

On the printer-friendly Evaluation, will see an appropriate and custom header that includes the names of the Teacher and Evalutor at the top of the page, along with numbered pages, Comments, a basic disclaimer statement, and signature/date lines for both the Teacher and the Evaluator.

Step 3: Print the PDF to complete your district’s internal Evaluation process.
