All items in the teacher portfolio have an associated status to help differentiate between items that require attention and those that are complete. Additionally, some portfolio items have a percent complete that provides a finer grained indicator of completion.

The status labels and percent complete calculation are specific to each kind of portfolio item:

Snippets

  • Status
    • unaligned The snippet has not been aligned to any indicators
    • aligned The snipped has been aligned to one more indicators
  • Percent Complete
    • Snippets do no display a percent complete.

Walk-Throughs

  • Status
    • unanswerd No items on the walk-through form have answers
    • answered One or more items on the walk-through have answers
  • Percent Complete
    • The percent of the questions on the walk-through that have answers.

Formal Observations

  • Status
    • unaligned The formal observation does not have any notes or less than 50% of the notes are aligned
    • aligned The formal observation has at least one note and 50% or more of the notes are aligned
  • Percent Complete
    • The percent of notes that are aligned.

Evaluations

  • Status
    • draft Evaluations are set to a draft status when they are created
    • published The evaluation was published by an observer
  • Percent Complete
    • The percent of indicators on the evaluation that have been rated.
