Reports

ClassBright Evaluate includes a number of aggregated reports for each Client:

• Level Frequencies
• Option Frequencies
• Alignments
• Observers

Level Frequencies: For each criterion, this report shows the total count an an Average Score for it based on completed Evaluations. The raw scores range from 1 at the lowest Performance level to 4 for the highest Performance Level.

Option Frequencies: This report is based on your custom Form Items. It shows how many times each Form Item was answered, how many times it was skipped, and the Frequency for each answer option selected.

Alignments: For each criterion, this report shows the total number of performance data items collected across your entire district.

Observers: This report summarizes how many Teachers have been assigned to each Observer, along with the total number of Evaluations, Formal Observations, Walkthroughs, and Snippets they have contributed into those Teachers’ Portfolios.
